Refunds
Customers are responsible for any tax and duty charges incurred during any transaction on this store.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued for any purchases that have been opened on livestream. Additionally, there are no refunds on any bounties, game products or giveaways.
For all sealed and shipped orders, there is a 10-day return policy. Once you receive the product in the mail, you will have a total of 10 days to request a return on that purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it; sealed in its original packaging, with tags, never having been opened.
To issue a refund on your sealed product, send a receipt and/or proof of purchase to info@izardedmypants.com. If approved, a return shipping label will be assigned to you along with our return policy, outlining how to move forward.
Please note: We will not accept any returns that have not gone through this process.
Once we receive your item back from you in the mail, we will confirm receipt and investigate it to determine whether your return is accepted. If your return is accepted, we can refund you through your original payment method.
Please note: It takes time for your financial institution to register and process this payment. Please allow 1-4 business days for your refund to show up in your account.
Damages
Should your item arrive to you in a faulty/damaged state, contact us immediately at info@izaardedmypants.com, or feel free to address your concern in the customer service section of our Discord community server (community link available via linktree in the Tik Tok bio).
